One standard.

Lincoln High School · Boys Varsity Head Coach · 2016–2020

Owned every part of the program — tryouts, selection, match preparation, development and day-to-day operations — and built a team that was, above all, hard to beat.

We showed up ready. Prepared, accountable, and playing for each other.

2017–2022

Tallahassee Soccer Club

Head Coach · Semi-Professional
Gulf Coast Premier League

Led a semi-pro men's side and was named GCPL Coach of the Year. Ran recruitment, training, travel and logistics, and built first- and second-team programs to develop local players toward higher levels of competition.

Florida Elite Soccer Academy

Director of Premier · Camp Director · College Placement
Tallahassee, FL

Directed premier programming, camps and college ID clinics. Brought coaches from 20+ colleges to Tallahassee over three years, opening real doors for players chasing the next level.

2016–2020

Lincoln High School

Boys Varsity Head Coach
Tallahassee, FL

A 47–16–16 record over five seasons, three regular-season district titles and three state playoff appearances — built on a culture of preparation, accountability and player development.

2015–2018

Tallahassee Tottenham Hotspur FC

Director of Development
Tallahassee, FL

Led coach education across the club and built the player-development curriculum for ages 6–19 — one consistent pathway that connected every age group and supported coaches in delivering it.

2008–2013

Thomas University

JV Head Coach · Assistant Varsity Coach
Thomasville, GA

Founded the university's JV program and built it into a full-time operation — doubling the department budget and running it at the same scale as the first team. Every JV place was structured around a 35% scholarship: a model designed to grow the roster and generate revenue at the same time. Recruited at home and abroad, managed budgets, travel and logistics, ran large summer camps, and served as academic coordinator for 65+ student-athletes.

Ahead of the curve

One of the first programs of its kind — and it's still running 15+ years later, giving 20–35 players a year a college experience. D1 and most NAIA programs have since adopted the same model.
